We are pleased that Heinz Personnel Solutions GmbH has been accepted into the Bundesverband Internationale Fachkräftegewinnung e. V. (bvifg), the Federal Association for International Skilled Worker Recruitment. The association brings together committed players from across Germany who champion fair, transparent and sustainable recruitment of skilled workers, exactly what defines our own daily work.

Why this matters to us

International skilled worker recruitment is one of Germany's central challenges for the future. It only works if everyone involved, candidates, employers, authorities and partners abroad, takes shared responsibility. The bvifg stands for exactly this attitude: it fosters exchange, develops quality standards, and works on concrete solutions to make labour migration simpler, safer and more predictable.

Our contribution to the association

We want to actively support the network: through our practical experience gained over many years of successfully placing nursing professionals, through honest exchange about the opportunities and hurdles we see in practice, and through our commitment to fair, reliable processes, for employers and professionals alike. In the coming months, we will get actively involved in the association's working groups.
