Since 2018, we've been placing international nursing professionals with German hospitals and care facilities. What drives us isn't the number of placements, but what happens afterwards.
That's why we don't see our job as placement alone. Real integration is a two-way task: both the international colleagues and the existing teams on site need to be actively brought along, with expectations discussed openly before misunderstandings can form. We support professionals and facilities together, for as long as it takes, so an employment contract becomes a genuine, long-term collaboration.
Heinz Personnel Solutions was founded by Mr. and Mrs. Heinz, she is from the Philippines, he is an entrepreneur in the healthcare sector. This personal connection is where the focus on Filipino nursing professionals came from, not a purely commercial calculation. Since 2024, Ivo Straßenburg has led the company as Managing Director. Mr. and Mrs. Heinz remain closely connected to the company today: Sören Heinz is still active as Key Account and Sales, and Mrs. Heinz supports in the background with her long-standing relationships in the Philippines.
